Now, we’re looking for a Media Manager who can help take our media ecosystem to the next level through better tech, stronger data foundations, and a broader approach to marketing. We’re moving beyond traditional performance marketing and building a more connected full-funnel setup (from brand awareness to retention strategies), where data quality, first-party data, media, tech, and brand work together in smarter ways.
To help drive that shift, we’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in data-driven marketing and performance, who over time has moved into a broader role where brand, customer experience, and commercial impact became just as important as channel optimization.

About the role
As Media Manager, you will define how media drives business impact at Lyko across channels, platforms, stores, and the full customer journey. You will own and evolve our media strategy across paid and organic channels, set direction for media investments and budget allocation, and help expand how we work across areas like Paid Search, SoMe, Affiliate, Display, Online Video, ASO, DOOH, and emerging formats.
A key part of the role is strengthening our in-house media setup while improving how data, platforms, and tracking infrastructure work together to create better insights, targeting, and decision-making over time. You will play an important role in balancing short-term performance with long-term brand growth, while leading and developing a team of media specialists across multiple initiatives.

About the setup
You will become part of Lyko’s Online organization and report to Seve Michel, Head of Online. The role sits at the intersection of media, brand, data, and tech, with close collaboration across several specialist teams within the business. The media function is currently evolving, and you will play a key role in shaping both the setup and the team moving forward, combining existing strengths with new capabilities and future hires.
The role is based at our headquarters on Sveavägen in Stockholm and is a permanent position starting according to agreement. We believe a strong culture is incredibly important, and that great, inclusive cultures are built by people actually meeting and working together. That’s why we’ve landed in what we call “Business First”. In practice, that means spending at least three days per week at one of our offices, while the other two are up to you — as long as it works with the needs of the business. A pretty good balance, if you ask us.

How you work and think
You probably still have your feet firmly planted in data, performance, and digital marketing, but have over time become increasingly interested in the bigger picture: how media shapes perception, how customer journeys connect, and how brand and performance strengthen each other. You’re comfortable in the intersection between marketing, tech, and data, and interested in how better data quality, cloud-based environments, connected systems, and stronger first-party data foundations can unlock better insights, automation, and decision-making over time.
Maybe you’re currently working as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Head of Digital, Growth Lead, or in a similar role where you’ve moved beyond channel optimization into broader strategic ownership. As a person, you’re curious, commercially minded, and comfortable navigating complexity. You enjoy environments where things are evolving, priorities shift, and building structure is part of the journey. You’re able to zoom out strategically without losing sight of the details that actually drive impact.
Key experience:
You are fluent in English. Since many stakeholders and parts of the organization operate in Swedish, understanding Swedish is considered a strong advantage.
