  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable components, templates, and best practices to accelerate future development.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our existing UiPath, Power Automate, n8n automation portfolio, ensuring best practices are followed.

Administration & Governance:

  • Act as a technical administrator for the n8n, Power Automate and UiPath environment.
  • Manage and configure the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit, establish robust Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and oversee environment strategy.
  • Govern the platform by monitoring usage, ensuring compliance, managing licenses, and optimizing performance.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the entire Power Automate suite, providing guidance and technical support to business users and junior developers.
  • Champion automation best practices, including robust error handling, logging, security, and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews, hackathons and workshops to uplift the technical capabilities of the wider automation community at Tele2.

Process Analysis & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and actionable development plans.
  • Oversee the full automation lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing, deployment, and hyper care support.

Who are you?
To thrive and succeed in this role we believe that you have...

  • More than 3 years of hands-on experience as a developer in Intelligent Automation projects, with proven development expertise in Power Automate and UiPath.
