As Online Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of our platforms, optimize campaigns, personalize experiences, and ensure everything runs smoothly, making a real impact on how millions of beauty lovers experience Lyko online. About the role
As Online Operations Manager, you are responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing Lyko’s digital platforms, with a focus on web, app, CDP (Bloomreach), CRM, and campaign execution. You will play a key role in improving online performance, conversion, and customer value across our digital channels, all while you lead a team of 5 and ensure that both the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is a key role for Lyko’s online business, involving close collaboration with IT, Business development, Performance, Content and other parts of the organization.

You may have followed Lyko in the news recently. Like many companies right now, we’re navigating a period that requires tough decisions and careful prioritisation. At the same time, we’re building on a strong foundation and continuing to recruit for roles that are aligned with our prioritized business needs — this is one of them.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Setting clear direction and roadmap for our digital platforms over the coming years
  • Ensuring campaigns, customer communications, and launches run seamlessly across web, app, and other platforms
  • Driving testing, optimization, and continuous improvement of the customer journey using a data-driven approach
  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team with focus on accountability, prioritization, and delivery
  • Tracking results and making decisions that improve both customer experience and business performance
  • Defining and executing the CRM roadmap at a strategic level to enhance user engagement and customer value
  • Driving online sales performance across web and app
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and commercial goals
  • Collaborating with external agencies

About the team
You will join a team of five specialists within Online, including Online Operations Specialists, Online Quality Assurance, and Web Producers. Most of the team is based in Vansbro, while many of our key stakeholders and collaboration partners are located in Stockholm. Regardless of where you are based, the role will therefore involve regular travel.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a six-month probation period. The role can be based either at our headquarters on Sveavägen 53 in Stockholm or in Vansbro, Dalarna, and you will report to Seve Michel, Head of Online. If you want to learn more about us, please explore our career site.

How you work and lead
You take ownership and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment. You have a strategic mindset and can set direction for the development of our digital platforms while ensuring plans are executed in practice.

You are analytical and confident in your leadership, collaborate naturally across departments, and contribute to structure, pace, and quality in delivery. With clear ownership, you turn ideas into tangible results that improve both the customer experience and Lyko’s online performance. You combine a people-first mindset with strong analytical thinking, creating both clarity and trust in your leadership.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience within online operations, preferably from organizations with a proven ability to create structure, scalability, and clear priorities in complex environments.
  • Experience with CDP or similar (e.g., Bloomreach) and CRM/marketing automation, using customer data to create relevant, personalized experiences at scale.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization of the customer journey, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and understanding of how it affects visibility, traffic, and sales within the broader digital ecosystem.
