THIS IS THE PROGRAM
As an Executive Trainee in this Program, you will embark on a transformative 12-month journey at Tele2's headquarters in Stockholm. This program is uniquely designed to develop the next generation of AI-native business leaders, embedding you directly into the strategic core and decision-making processes of our business.
You will be one of four Executive Trainees, each directly reporting to an Executive Vice President (EVP) within B2B, B2C, Finance, or DCT (Digital Capabilities & Technology). This unparalleled exposure to senior leadership ensures your work directly impacts strategic business goals, benefiting from fast decision-making and high visibility. You will also maintain a close cooperation with the Director of Data & AI, guaranteeing strong technical mentorship and alignment with Tele2's overarching Data & AI strategy.
Your role will center on high-impact projects, providing you with deep business understanding and mentorship from top leadership. You will leverage your strong AI-powered strategic and analytical capabilities to drive critical business initiatives, shape future strategies, and inform high-level decisions across the organization. This program offers permanent employment with a six-month probation period. Following the program, our aim is to transition you into a new, impactful leadership or specialist role where you can continue to drive AI-powered innovation and strategic growth within Tele2.

Educational Foundation:
We are seeking candidates with a robust foundation in quantitative and business-oriented disciplines, complemented by a keen interest in AI and its practical business applications.
To be successful in this role we believe you have a Master's degree within the following educational field (or similar):
Technical Acumen:
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated interest and/or experience in Generative AI (GenAI). This includes familiarity with conversational AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) as well as a strong inclination towards, or experience with, more advanced applications such as:
