About the job
We’re looking for a Java developer to help maintain and evolve our broadband provisioning systems — the backbone that ensures customers get the right service at the right time. You’ll work with a small, experienced team focused on improving and stabilizing our order management and fulfillment flows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based backend systems for broadband order handling.
- Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure smooth provisioning processes.
- Improve existing systems through refactoring, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to modernization efforts over time, balancing pragmatism with technical improvement.
Who are you?
To thrive in this role, we believe you:
- Have solid experience in Java development (preferably 5+ years).
- Understand backend architecture and integration patterns (REST, messaging, etc.).
- Are comfortable working with legacy systems and gradual improvements.
- Communicate clearly and take responsibility for stable, maintainable code.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Spring Boot, Maven, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with telecom or provisioning systems.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and basic cloud infrastructure.
