We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and data-driven Customer Base Manager for Comviq, someone who wants to redefine what CVM can be when you combine deep analytical thinking with cutting-edge AI.

The opportunity
This isn’t your average base management gig. Tele2’s B2C organization is on a mission to become the smartest consumer telco in the Nordics and we’re doing it by weaving together commercial instinct, advanced analytics, ML models, and agentic AI into the fabric of how we work. You’ll join a team that’s already pushing boundaries and asking: what if we could predict, personalize, and act on customer needs faster than anyone in the industry?

What you’ll actually do

  • Own the full E2E base management agenda for Comviq. Your north star: structurally reduce churn and grow customer lifetime value.
  • Build and drive the churn forecast and retention strategy, not just a spreadsheet exercise, but a living system informed by data, models, and real customer behavior.
  • Co-develop and challenge our models together with our data science team. Push for smarter, more autonomous decision-making powered by ML and agentic AI.
  • Design propositions, offers, and loyalty mechanics that actually move the needle on stickiness and ARPU.
  • Lead high-level business casing, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across retention, cross-sell, and value development.
  • Drive the retention channel mix toward better performance at lower cost. Think smarter, not just harder.
  • Be a key voice in shaping how we integrate AI and machine learning into everyday CVM operations, this is a team that’s building the future, not just managing the present.

Who thrives here? You’re not just “good with numbers”, you’re the person who gets genuinely excited digging into data, spotting patterns others miss, and turning that into action. You’re curious about AI and ML, and you want to be part of building something new.

  • Analytically sharp. You can go from raw data to clear insight to business recommendation without losing the thread
  • Relevant academic background from a university or equivalent, such as a degree in engineering, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Experience with SQL or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Education, experience, or a solid foundational understanding of machine learning models and their applications.
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools for coding and/or data analysis (beyond basic use of tools like ChatGPT).
  • Commercially savvy. You understand that data without action is just trivia. You know how to turn an insight into a retention play, a pricing tweak, or a new customer offer that delivers results.
  • AI-curious and forward-leaning. You don’t need to build neural networks from scratch, but you should be excited about what ML models and agentic AI can do for CVM. You want to learn, experiment and push boundaries.
