We’re now looking for an experienced Marketing & Growth Lead to help create the future of edTech for children together with us. As our user base grows, so does the need for new products and its time to look into whats ahead of us!

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Growth Lead to join our Business and Marketing team, focusing on B2C efforts and driving marketing strategies for our B2C brands, with Albert as the primary focus. If you have a strong background in B2C marketing, paid marketing strategies, and growth initiatives, as well as a passion for optimizing digital campaigns and customer engagement, this role could be a great fit for you. We are seeking someone with experience in project management and growth marketing, as well as expertise in CRM, influencer marketing, and performance marketing. A background in web and app-based subscription services is ideal.

  • Project Management: Organize and lead cross-functional marketing and business projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Growth: Benchmark and plan upcoming experiments to optimize the business and drive results, collaborating with web, data, and design. Examples of areas include pricing, offerings, and CRO optimisations.
  • Paid Marketing Coordination:
    • Work closely with our agencies to oversee and manage paid marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are optimized for growth and ROI. We currently advertise on a variety of channels (Meta, google, apple search ads, …) and you could also help us launch new ones!
    • Manage creative assets and follow up on campaign performance and results to continuously improve marketing effectiveness together with our partners.
  • CRM & Customer Engagement: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention (experience with Braze is a plus, but not a requirement).
  • Influencer Marketing: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Coordination and Production: Oversee content creation and coordination for marketing initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Take a hands-on approach and write a copy wherever it’s required.

Skills & Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with proven experience in B2C marketing
  • Preferable experience with web or app and subscription-based services, particularly in IAP and web-based environments, with a strong focus on paid marketing.
  • Experience in project management is a strong advantage.
  • Growth marketing experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on data insights.
  • Experience in CRM systems and influencer marketing is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • Being based in Gothenburg is a plus.
