This role is with B2C (Business to consumer), one of the key business units of the Tele2 corporation. B2C operates within several key areas concerning our two consumer brands: Tele2 and Comviq. This means a wide range of activities spanning from digitalization, commercial strategies, marketing, sales and customer service to TV content acquisition and advanced analytics. As we continuously strive to deliver superior solutions for our customers, we can guarantee that exiting projects will keep on coming up.

You are joining Tele2 Marketing Department and report to our Marketing Director. As a department, we are responsible for brand portfolio management, marketing communication and media & traffic acquisition.

About the role

As Head of Brand Portfolio Management, you ensure that we have distinctly positioned leading brands in the market and you are accountable for shaping an insight driven brand portfolio for Tele2 and Comviq, bridging gaps between brand building and sales activation.

We are now in an exiting phase, where both brands are on a journey. You will be instrumental in creating and managing brand books and marketing- and activation plans that are held together over time.

The role includes responsibilities for staff and budget.

High level insight driven strategy and planning is seen as paramount executive tasks at Tele2, which is why close collaboration with the Marketing Director will be a part of the job. Some KPIs that the role will be measured against are brand preference, pay willingness and customer satisfaction.

The role means help guarding the brand and customer experience across touch points and to be an ambassador in these fields across the wider organization.

To succeed in the role, you need one foot in an insight background and one in executive roles as leader in the field, with years of experience under your belt. Telecom industry experience is a plus but not a hard criterion.

Who are you?

- Full-funnel brand portfolio development for both our brands, Tele2 and Comviq where you translate insights regarding the market and our target groups into solid plans.
- Set a clear structure and way of working for our brand management.
- Overarching briefing to internal and external resources in a clear and motivating way, leading to product development, communication, and advertising excellence.
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of our business needs/KPI’s and will be measured on brand preference, pay willingness and customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience within insights and marketing management.
- Degree level or equivalent from recognized school.
- Social and teambuilder open to cross-functional opportunities and needs with strong presentation skills in Swedish and English.
