About the job

As Commercial Manager LE & Public, you play a key role in successfully developing our B2B business and making sure our strategies and go-to-market plans for the segments Large Enterprise & Public Accounts are on point. You sit in the heart of the business in the Commercial Unit, and work closely with our Sales department, Product department as well as other key stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

  • Segment strategy for Large Enterprise and Public Accounts
  • Go-to-market strategy and activities.
  • Initiate and project lead strategic initiatives to drive each segment into desired position.
  • Initiate and project lead activities that are crucial for success in the two segments, e.g. new demands from Kammarkollegiet and strengthen the digital integrator position.
  • Gather insights and develop propositions for main industry verticals.
  • Coordinate, develop and launch new propositions and other market activities.
  • Support the Product management department in concept development.

Who are you?

To be successful in the role we believe that you:

  • Have strong business focus and experience of the Telecom industry; preferably within Large Enterprise and Public segments
  • Are an experienced B2B marketer with a curious, innovative and challenging mindset
  • Have CX focus integrated in your way of working
  • Are self-going and can transform complex issues into tangible actions and activities
  • Are a comfortable presenter who can meet internal audiences as well as represent Tele2 in customer events and customer meetings
  • Are a natural leader who efficiently handle questions and discussions with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Have strong communication & networking skills and can get your peers inspired and motivated
  • BSc or MSc from university
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

We consider it extra meritorious if you have:

  • Experience as management consultant
  • Project management experience and stakeholder management
  • Experience within business development
