We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for the region South-East Germany/Key Accounts, based in Bavaria/Oberhaching. Looking after one of our most important regions in Germany, you will be an essential part of our team. The position is a full time position with start date as soon as possible according to agreement and you will report directly to the Country Manager for Germany/Austria.

Your core tasks

  • You support and develop your customer portfolio on your own responsibility
  • You implement seasonal go-to-market strategies, identify common needs and develop customer-specific measures
  • You strengthen key relationships with buyers and salespeople on the floor as a brand ambassador
  • You coordinate sales-oriented activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • You plan and organize customer and retailer events as well as POS campaigns
  • You coordinate trade fairs and events
  • You contribute to the development of future collections through market analyses and product feedback

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for you who:

  • Have a pronounced curiosity, reliability, personal responsibility and service orientation.
  • Are a strong communicator and enjoy interacting with people from different cultures
  • Are a team player, have strong communication skills and an affinity for numbers
  • Have commercial work experience (3-5 years) and a commercial education/university degree (e.g. sports economics)
  • Already gained some experience in the application of sales tools and strategies
  • Already have experience in sales and project business with key accounts
  • Enjoy traveling
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
