Working in Finance

During the program, you will complete two year-rotations across finance functions and be involved in a variety of tasks. You will learn the skills of a finance business partner, provide insights from operational and commercial business analyses, and be involved in reporting on our sustainability targets.

Finance focuses on driving competitive value creation with a strong performance in close cross-functional collaboration across the business. It is vital for Unibake to drive profitable growth to deliver short-term gain in a stable and professional way. Finance has a key role to play in that.

What you will do

Our program kicks off in one of our local Finance teams, which involves partnering with either the Commercial or Operations team. Following this, we will work together to support your development needs and ambitions to navigate your international rotation for the second year in one of the mentioned countries.

You will be working with financial management, ensuring financial compliance and reporting, running finance projects, and handling risks and other projects and activities.
