Job Description

Book Salon is looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing sales team. As a Sales Manager, your main task is to contact leads assigned to you and take Book Salon to a whole new market. You will have meetings with potential customers and show the advanced system and get them to use a platform and payment terminal. You are also going to focus on finding and contacting potential customers via phone. You need to be an active player and look for new possibilities. You will bring important information from the new market areas and use it in sales. Book Salon has already built a great model for successful sales and you get to modify it. In this role, you have a great opportunity to get to open up new markets!

You don’t need to have a long experience from remote sales, you will get a good induction and team support to succeed. We hope you are eager to learn and accept new challenges. It is important that you have an independent work style and an indomitable personality. You can work fully remote or join Book Salon’s office in Maria01 Helsinki.

We require you to have:

• Some experience in sales (B2C or B2B)

• A hard-working attitude and willingness to close deals

• A persistent and goal-oriented approach to work

• Be fully proficient in English and one other nordic language

We consider as an asset:

• Experience in a CRM system

• understanding salon business
