Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Capital Markets (min 5Y)

NautaDutilh' s banking and capital markets team combines domestic know-how and international scope covering the full range of banking and finance work. Our deals go from straight forward to complex structuring (acquisition financing, securitisations, bond issues, IPOs).
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an Associate in Capital Markets and Structured Finance, ideally gained within a leading Luxembourg law firm
- You have a strong track record in complex Capital Markets transactions and structured finance matters (including securitisations, debt issuances and structured products)
- You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (Avoué)
- You hold a EU law degree; an LL.M. or equivalent qualification in Banking & Finance or Capital Markets law would be considered an asset
- You demonstrate excellent analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to handle complex and technical matters autonomously
- You are proactive, committed and able to take ownership of transactions while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders
- You are a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are keen to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing environment
- You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken
