Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Growth Manager to join our passionate Talent team in Stockholm.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
The Growth Manager will be responsible to build, maintain and coordinate an onboarding structure to ensure candidates with right skills and competences to enable production scale up.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Manage the growth onboarding team to ensure development and coordination of onboarding programs
· Drive the development of scalable onboarding packages for manufacturing to be rolled out in new site establishments
· Develop and maintain the structure for onboarding trainings
· Support content providers in developing trainings
· Build, develop and maintain structure to coordinate execution of onboarding trainings
· Enable tracking of training participation
· Interface to external educational suppliers to ensure relevant trainings available on the market
· Develop onboarding/internal training programs for specific groups (from no experience to production)
· Participate in and drive different growth-related projects

Skills & Requirements
· Fluency in English
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or any related fields
· Elementary computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Jobylon, OneFlow)
· Valuable (but not required) if fluency in other languages, including Swedish
