IT Service Manager Finance

As part of our business transformation we are now strengthening our capabilities and are looking for an IT Service Manager within our finance services area. In this role you will play an important part in consolidating our financial IT services and also in the ongoing implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across all our geographical areas. Furthermore you will execute on agreed roadmaps in tight relationship with our vendors and manage the day to day IT service deliveries to ensure cost effective and robust operations that adds value to the business. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Services.

Your duties as IT Service Manager Finance means that;

  • Utilizing our vendor contracts and have a continuous tight relationship with the vendors.

  • Partnership – build trust and engagement with applicable account teams

  • Business knowledge – ensure the vendors fully understand Scandic’s business model to be able to optimize service values

  • Follow up on contract fulfillment (hard and soft KPI’s) and other objectives

  • Supervision of service operations and maintenance performed by vendors

  • Tight and clear collaboration with other IT Service Managers, IT Service Specialists, Service Support and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service deliveries

  • Optimize the service delivery – challenge ways of delivery, continuously improve

  • Efficient incident management, request fulfillment and minimizing recurring incidents through problem management

  • Keeping the service documentation up to date consisting of service catalogue, knowledgebase articles, self-service at service portal etc.

  • Project resource in service related projects

  • IT service financial follow up

  • Change and release administration

Skills & Requirements

Experiences you bring and share with us

  • At least 5 years’ experience from similar work
  • Strategic technical skills to ensure long term optimization in applicable services to enable and support Scandic’s long term digital agenda
  • Solid knowledge and experience in finance solutions, preferable Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Basware P2P, Aditro and Adra
  • Experience in ITIL in general and incident/problem management and request fulfilment in particular
  • Ability to turn strategy into action and translate business demands into user friendly solutions utilizing cloud technologies
  • Ability to build strong relationships and an inclusive, collaborative solution oriented work environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to present data and recommendations in an organized and logical manner to all levels of an organization
  • Integrity and ability to build trust with senior management
  • High level of learnability and adaptable to agile ways of working
  • Can-do-approach and positive team player
  • Preferably a university degree, preferably within IT
  • Solid English and Swedish skills, spoken and written
