Salary: Circa £67,000 (plus uncapped commission)

What you’ll Do:

The Junior Key Account Manager role is an integral part of our client success strategy. They manage, retain and grow our existing portfolio of some of the most valuable and well-known global client brands, providing expertise throughout the client journey.

Our KAM’s are at the forefront of media intelligence and data analytics disrupting the status quo while driving strategic change throughout our client base.

As a Junior Key Account Manager, your Responsibilities will be:

  • Own the commercial success of your portfolio
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with our high value clients of different industries
  • The unique opportunity to own the entire client lifecycle by managing the respective stakeholders
  • Maintain and discover value propositions for our products offerings
  • Become a product expert to ensure and accelerate product adoption
  • Collaborate with an executive team to identify and drive growth opportunities
  • Manage contract negotiations with C-level executives and decision makers
  • Own churn, retention, and growth monthly targets for your specific client accounts
  • Other projects & responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience
  • Experience in strategic account management
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a consultative approach to client conversations
  • Hands-on, willing to get stuck in and unafraid when branching out autonomously
  • Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

  • Bachelor’s degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurriculars
