F-Secure's success is based on our unique channel strategy where we help Service Providers to define and execute their consumer security and go-to-market strategy. Our broad portfolio of cybersecurity products can be customized to fit partner’s needs, we optimize the customer journey and tightly integrate with business processes like provisioning, while our service marketing teams ensure the services are successfully launched from day one.
We are now looking to strengthen our Service Provider Business and hiring a Sales Operations Director who will help us in executing our sales strategy by delivering support to our sales teams with key process and tool development as well as programs to develop our sales competencies within the team.
What are we looking for?
Experience. 10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Programs or Sales Operations. Experience designing (or influencing the design) of revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs. Experience drawing actionable insights from data sets in their most common forms (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, etc).
Sales. Overachievement in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role. Experience designing sales programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies. Experience running tactical and strategic sales trainings.
Technical. Strong computer skills including Salesforce.com, Jira, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint.
Compelling Communicator. Speaks and writes with clarity, brevity, and purpose; explains areas of expertise clearly and confidently to others; influences and engages leadership with authority and confidence. Shows energy and passion when presenting thoughts and ideas.
Develops and shares subject matter expertise, business knowledge or best practices. Asks strategic questions to gain a deeper understanding of the business. Takes appropriate actions based on the needs of the business and customers. Advocates for greater good of the company and its people.
Decision Maker. Takes a situational analytical approach, strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Team Player. Proficient at collaboration and working with members of a multi-functional team.
Urgency. High accountability, proactivity, diligence, and responsiveness. Ability to work tight deadlines with demanding senior business leaders.
