Skills & Requirements

In this role, you cooperate with a wide network of people e.g. business, management, end-users and agile delivery teams. With your ability to lead, plan, organize, and motivate, you help multidisciplinary customer-centric teams to build new digital services for our clients. You are skilled in project and account management and successfully manage complex projects and enable account development.

Skills & Requirements

We’re looking for someone with experience in leading agile projects. Maybe you’ve got a Master’s Degree in IT, Management, Software Production or Business. Or perhaps you’ve acquired equivalent skills elsewhere or in other ways.

We’d be particularly interested in those with experience working with or around software development, design, data science or agile development work. It could be none of those things – tell us why you’re the right person. We’re listening.

Here are some of the things we’d expect of a strong candidate:

  • Strong experience in delivering digital services and products, e.g. as a project lead/scrum master/product owner

  • Experience in sales and account development

  • Practical, professional-level understanding of the tech landscape and what it takes to build digital services

  • Some actual consultancy experience within tech/data/design

  • Hands-on experience in coaching clients in agility

  • Collaborative approach with the team, client, sales, and the wider office

  • Ability to manage the pitching process

  • An understanding of client briefings and how to qualify opportunities

  • German language skills would be very helpful

  • A learning mindset

We expect you to understand the tech landscape and what it takes to build digital platforms, products and services for demanding clients. Experience in leading projects is essential, either as a project lead/scrum master or as a product owner.

Compensation 72,000 - 90,000 EUR/year

Your salary is attached to our transparent career path model. Once we have gotten to know you better, we are making an individual career-level-assessment, based on your skills, responsibilities and impact.

Additionally, you are eligible to receive a company-wide bonus and several other benefits not listed above.
