Swedish Match is looking for a Service and Support Specialist to be part of our Global Service Desk, which today consists of approximately eight colleagues in both Sweden and the US. You will have the opportunity to dive deep into technical problems and find solutions in order to deliver top-class service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and has the ambition to develop further within IT and Service.
