Marketing business function is responsible for guiding prospects & customers throughout their journey with Basware. Through providing thought leading insights, practical advice and a roadmap for automation, in partnership with our Sales function, we enable organizations to simplify operations, spend smarter and drive the transformation of their Finance & Procurement functions. Leveraging industry leading marketing platforms including Hubspot, LeadForensics and many more, we activate multi-channel marketing programs to help prospects get informed, build their business case, select the right-fit solutions, and ensure our customers get the most value from their Basware solutions.


Role Overview:

Basware is looking for a person who will help drive growth and success for our organization on digital platforms. This role is important as it is an integral part of the development and management of having an effective digital strategy as well as social presence on B2B Platforms.

Job Duties

Basware is looking for Paid Media Specialists who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which includes paid search, display and social advertising strategies across B2B business. Paid Media Specialist will be typically responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital Marketing department in their growth goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • Good understanding of online ad campaign metrics and analysis, including CPM, CPC, CPA, and CTR advertising model.
  • Generating various daily/weekly/monthly delivery reports on campaign status.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing efforts
  • Monitoring the campaign delivery and follow-up
  • Assisting field teams in the formulation and execution of social media marketing strategies and paid campaigns
  • Manage content creation, deployment, design and execute digital media campaigns across paid media in collaboration with other marketing teams and the agency
  • Point of contact with Agency and represent our company
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing team and Agency. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives.
  • Experience with Bing, Xing, Google ads, LinkedIn ads is a must.
  • Profound knowledge of SEO, GA, Hotjar, is an an advantage

Skills & Requirements

Skills:

  • Previous working experience as a Paid Media expert for at least 2-3 years.
  • Hubspot Experience is an added advantage
  • Understanding of the B2B market and global audience
  • A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns for large budgets
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies,
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
