We are looking for...

Our Real Estate sales team is growing fast and we need a Backoffice Sales Coordinator to support them on their mission. We want you to be the center of our brokerage operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, giving exceptional support to our customers while the sales team is on the field and removing obstacles to enable the Real Estate team reach their ambitious targets.

Some of your responsibilities will include...

  • Supporting and coordinating the Real Estate Sales team.
  • Taking care of our customers, making sure their experience with Kodit is nothing less than exceptional.
  • Organizing sales visits and team's agenda.
  • Making sure our CRM is always up to date.
  • Listing properties on Real Estate portals.
  • Preparing and send presentations and reports to customers.
  • Helping with the onboarding of new Real Estate Specialists.
  • Supporting marketing actions.
  • Process improvement.

This is a new position at Kodit and we want you to shape it, which means you'll have the freedom to take up new responsibilities and actively participate in the creation of your development plan within the company.

  • You have at least one year of experience in a similar role in Real Estate business.
  • Your English & Spanish communication skills are exceptional.
  • You are very organized, thorough and love accuracy.

  • You have initiative and are constantly thinking of ways to be more efficient and improve the business.
