Sogeti are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join our growing HR team. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, in this role, you will have responsibility of the execution of recruiting strategies and delivery of recruiting plans.

Additionally, this role will require the successful candidate to act as a ‘player/manager’ to support recruitment activities that will need to be delivered to meet these recruiting plans.

The successful candidate will not only conduct full life cycle recruiting but will also be providing operational guidance and leadership to the recruiting team on current demand and working with both local and global teams ensuring that best practices are used across hiring in the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involvement in full-cycle recruitment process across the business
  • Direct and manage execution of recruiting strategy and delivery to recruiting plans
  • Provide regular operational guidance and leadership to recruiting team on demand intake, sourcing, candidate management, and hiring execution
  • Strong stakeholder management dealing with senior leadership and hiring managers at local and global level
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to deliver quality recruits within time to fill and cost per position targets
  • Interact on a timely basis with the sales team and hiring managers to understand supply/demand and specific hiring requirements
  • Execute and monitor sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities (on and offshore)
  • Manage recruitment delivery within financial/budget guidelines
  • Act as key contact for business leadership for resolving issues, engaging in new projects and sharing overall recruiting strategy
  • Serve as escalation point for recruiting team for resolving recruiting issues
  • Responsible for reporting on hiring status, both to local and group-level stakeholders

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years recruitment management/supervisory experience
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • An excellent team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven track record to leadership style that takes ownership, accountability, and responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines accurately and under pressure
  • Strong MS Office skills
