This is what you will do

As Platform Manager E-commerce you will be part of the Digital Solutions team at Lantmännen IT which develops our customer facing platforms including our;

  • Customer Portal
  • External Web
  • Product and Digital information management systems
  • E-commerce (which is the area that you will be Platform manager for)

The scope for the e-commerce platform is three of Lantmännen companies’ recently implemented e-commerce solutions. We see a rapid growth within e-commerce where you will be a key player to support the journey in the best way. More than that, you will also be a valuable center of competence on a group level for e-commerce. E-commerce is a strategically important area for us, contributing to our road to climate neutral farming, hence performance, security, scalability and end-user experience are aspects we value deeply.

You are responsible for the operations of the platform together with several consultants who you will manage applying an agile mindset. You cooperate closely with the Product owner at respective company who be responsible to set the roadmap that you will deliver on. Group IT is currently on a change journey where we are building specialized competence in-house and the team that you are joining will have an important role supporting our customers that at the same time are our owners.

Skills & Requirements

You have:

  • Proven experience of managing DevOps teams.
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce manager, responsible for all business operations including e-commerce orders and sales, site merchandising and inventory, site performance and technical implications, integration of new products and solutions to our offer.
  • An academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • It’s an extra plus if you have experience from working with the Magento product.
