Job Description

The Americas Marketing Team is looking for a skilled Digital Marketer to help us grow our marketing pipeline and revenue through digital channels.

You have strong experience developing holistic, end-to-end digital marketing and revenue growth strategies for B2B companies. With skills spanning demand generation, marketing automation, paid media, social media, analytics, web strategy, and user experience — you know how to create an integrated marketing approach that drives measurable business growth. You also possess the relationship skills to inspire your team members and to gain credibility with execs towards a strategic vision.

The ideal candidate has expertise across multiple paid channels with a strong background in both program management and ABM. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and works cross-functionally with the Field Marketing, Content, Creative, and Operations teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategize and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive key business metrics (MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities) at different stages of the sales cycle

  • Be a subject matter expert and trusted partner in building account journeys and programmatic ABM experiences

  • Conduct digital audience research to inform which media channels and tactics to lean into, to reach target personas in a meaningful way

  • Manage creative marketing material development (landing pages, ads, copy).

  • Develop campaign testing plans and requirements documentation, including flows, segmentation, and reporting; analyze results and provide recommendations

  • Promote growth through new targeting and bidding improvements, using data to find new profitable segments, and testing into new platforms, channels, and ad units.

  • Cultivate a test-and-learn culture through your natural curiosity for experimentation and determination to drive performance.

  • Manage budgets and platform mix to achieve volume and efficiency goals.

Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5+ years performance-based digital marketing experience; 3+ years in B2B digital marketing
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver both planned and in-the-moment campaigns
  • You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver and have a high level of accountability.
  • You are a constant learner and keep up to date on new developments & best practices in digital marketing
  • Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Terminus, and social media advertising (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Proven success at both campaign ideation and campaign execution
