We have an exciting job offer for a driven intern within change management in IT.
You will be a part of the Enterprise Architecture team in IT, based in Stockholm, where you will get exposed to many different parts of the organisation and get a chance to build cross-functional relationships across the company. You will play a significant role in breaking silos and scaling change management practices to enable successful operations that are crucial to Northvolt’s growth.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Collaborating and forming relationships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop, implement and communicate change management initiatives and processes

Communicating the change management strategy for engagement and adoption

Maintaining and improving our catalogue of IT services that is used throughout the company

Defining, measuring and analysing success metrics to improve change management process and change progress

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :

A university degree in Business, Management, Operations or equivalent, or will be graduating in 2023

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus
-
Great communication skills, with the ability to simplify messages in delivery without losing attention to detail

A collaborative style to build relationships and a natural sense for helping others

A solution-oriented mind with a curiosity to learn new things
The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology and is a curious life-long learner who takes ownership and is eager to collaborate to build better processes and ways of working. A flexible approach and responsiveness to new ideas and taking lead on actions is a plus (we’re a startup, things are constantly changing!) to meet the demands and quickly adapting to the needs of a growing company.
