Assessio Psychometrics is looking for software developers (senior and junior) who want to build the next generation of cloud-based services for predictive analytics in work psychology. We are currently in the start-up phase of several exciting, research-related projects, and are in need of additional developers, both front-end and back-end.
Our profitable and highly regarded SaaS system is used by more than a hundred companies worldwide. We work with continuous integration and continuous delivery, with several releases per week. The system is built in Java and AngularJS with the infrastructure on Amazon AWS. For upcoming projects, we are also looking at React, Kotlin, NoSQL, machine learning, microservices, etc. There is still a great opportunity to influence the choice of technology and work processes. What sounds exciting to you?
The development team is a self-organising and autonomously operating agile team where we have the opportunity to work with the full technology stack. The team is, in true DevOps style, responsible for the entire process from design, architecture and development to support, infrastructure and monitoring. We design our own processes (= minimising meetings and avoiding unnecessary documentation) and choose the tools we consider most effective for getting the job done. Of course, each developer gets to configure their own computer (PC/Mac/Linux, IntelliJ/Eclipse/NetBeans/Emacs, tabs/spaces ;) ).
Please note that we are currently only looking for permanent employees to join our team (not consultants/contractors) and that you should be prepared to work from our offices in Stockholm. We are unable to assist with relocation.
