Do you have experience in tech recruiting, you get thrilled when talking about employer branding and you are determinant in your attitude?

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for you as their new manager!

What we have for you?

You will get to work in a dynamic environment in a fast-moving sector of IT consulting. We are a truly international company with French roots and flexible working culture. We are fun to work with and experts in our field. Our new home base is in Ruoholahti where we have our newly renovated, inspiring office.

You will get a role where you play a big and important part in leading our recruitment team, enhancing the recruitment processes, and having ownership on our employer branding activities (strategic and practical level). Your work will include:

  • Ensuring a smooth recruitment process, candidate pipeline and an excellent candidate experience
  • Close co-operation with our business heads planning recruitment needs and ways
  • Maintaining and creating relationship with collaboration partners
  • Responsibility of our Future Talent program and school co-operation
  • Ownership of our Employer Branding activities
  • Planning and executing recruitment marketing activities

Your team consists now of two super tech recruiters, but we are growing and recruiting more team members to the team. We know also that tech recruitment field is challenging and that is why you are not alone with this. You will get the full support of all the business unit heads, people managers, marketing team and of course your own HR team.

What we hope from you?

You get energy from being with people and you lead your team by example. You are self-driven and you will not give up easily. You use your creativity when the old methods do not work anymore, and you want to keep on learning new and staying on the top of the game. You have strong experience from tech recruitments and insight and ideas on employer branding. You speak and write both English and Finnish fluently.
