Join Capgemini as a Solution Architect Cloud to lead our cloud offering end to end.

You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary and international team, a mix of local and international colleagues with different cultures, backgrounds, and expertise. All sharing the same goal: to come up with the best advice and working software solutions for our clients.

Our Cloud & Custom Applications unit will welcome you and is focused on application development and integration. We’re all about connecting the dots in architectures, and to do that we push the limits of technology and continuously challenge ourselves and our clients.

Your core responsibilities:

• Be responsible for developing and creating awareness on our new service offerings
• Design solutions for new business
• Driving delivery teams
• Act as an inspiration for our development teams and as a coach responsible for the further growth of their capabilities
• Bring innovation to our customers

Our expectations:

• Experience in software engineering, development and architecture using Agile methodologies
• Understanding of architectural principles (event-driven architectures, microservices, CQRS, domain-driven design, ...) cloud infrastructure, and their impact on application architecture and performance
• Experience with Cloud Migration or Cloud native software development with Java and/or .NET
• Knowledge on Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS), Cloud economics and strategies
• Commercial attitude with the ability to listen actively and a pro-active and assertive mindset
• A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude
• Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
• A native speaker of French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
• Resident in Belgium
