As Influencer Marketing Specialist for Toca Life, you are responsible for setting the influencer marketing plan, anchored in the Toca Life marketing strategy, franchise strategy, and brand DNA. The influencer marketing plan will consist of high-impact campaigns and initiatives, brimming with creativity and sparked by a passion for Toca Life, its players, and future fans. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. You have a passion for the ever-changing influencer landscape and you are excited to be an important piece of a rapidly growing franchise that is loved by kids all over the world.
Is this you?
You have a few years of experience within the influencer marketing field and can complete tasks independently, with a passion for social media marketing, excellent people skills, and an analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key social growth & engagement metrics. A big plus is if you have experience working with international influencer marketing campaigns in markets such as the US, Canada, and the UK.
About the role
You’ll have an important role in creating campaigns that are aspirational, fun, and loved by kids all over the globe. As Influencer Marketing Specialist at Toca Boca, you are part of a diverse and growing marketing team of experienced marketers covering everything from performance marketing to designing assets and creatives that kids love.
What you will be doing
Brainstorm, concept, and build out influencer marketing briefs that are anchored in the Toca Life marketing strategy, franchise strategy, and brand DNA.
Thoroughly vet influencers in order to determine if they’re a good brand and campaign fit.
Lead the execution of influencer marketing deals, both directly with influencers and via agencies/management companies, from start to finish on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
Manage development process of influencer marketing assets and the usage of these across all platforms.
Work closely with teams to ensure that all content is being fully utilized, e.g. working with Carl, our Performance Marketing Manager on how to best leverage influencer material for paid marketing initiatives.
Share campaign performance reports with stakeholders to illustrate results and learnings.
Own and manage the relationship with Toca Life’s community of micro-influencers, keeping them up to date on all of the latest happenings in Toca Life World, coordinate collaborations, and be their point of contact for any questions.
Develop relationships and network with influencers, as well as successfully communicate with internal stakeholders on the benefits of your influencer marketing campaigns.

This position is full-time and based in the Toca Boca Stockholm office with 6 months of probationary employment. As it is an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
