The Sales Excellence team have a deep understanding of the operations of Sales & Customer Operations organization and provide insights and actionable solutions that always, directly, or indirectly, aim for improved sales and customer experience. Sales Excellence is involved with several projects and drive initiatives that contribute to better processes. We are now looking for a Sales Process Specialist, to be part of our Nordic team.

As a Sales Process Specialist, you will have a broad range of responsibilities for establishing and improving sales related processes and tools. The key focuses are:

Establishing Large Offer/RFP response process, by:

  • improving our Nordic processes and WoW

  • create and utilize spreadsheets to track progress and relevant information

  • acting as Bid Manager, where you coordinate and run bidding processes with sales and collaborate with other key people to find the best solution for the customer

  • following public procurement request ads and suggests tender processes

Improve other Nordic sales related processes, by:

  • evaluating ways of working and identify improvements

  • defining and refining structured Nordic sales processes for efficiency

  • taking ownership and lead initiatives that contribute to better processes

Participating in CRM process work, by:

  • using your sales process expertise to assure that we have successful and repeatable sales processes

  • being an active participant in development and release work, including defining and delivering sufficient Nordic processes and ensuring implementation of sales related initiatives/projects

To be successful in the role as Sales Process Specialist, we believe that you have at least a couple of years of experience in business processes, process management, and leading projects/initiatives, with customer satisfaction in mind. We place great emphasis in your personal characteristics and attitudes and are looking for someone with a lot of enthusiasm, ambition, and capability. Furthermore, we emphasize a strong can-do mindset and a person who takes ownership and have the ability to drive the development of processes, tools, solutions, and people. We also emphasize communicative skills, you communicate thoughtful solutions that help us move forward, and your skill to gain commitment from others. It would be ideal if you have demonstrated experience in RFP/large offer response process (Bid Managing competencies). Understanding of Financial industry is an asset.

  • are familiar with Salesforce or other CRM systems

  • are confident working in English in cross-border Nordic teams

How does the process look like?

  • You submit your application, including your CV (in English) and answer a couple of questions in connection with you submitting your application, where we ensure the basic requirements for the role.
  • Candidates who meet the requirements will be invited to a phone call with us, where we want to get to know you a little more and tell us about us and the role.
  • In the next step, you will be invited to do a short test, where we look at personality and potential, so that we understand your profile a little better. The tests take about 30 minutes to complete and you will receive feedback on your results.
  • The candidates with the highest matching to the competence profile will be invited to interview rounds where you will meet the recruiting manager and HR.
  • The final candidate will be asked to submit their references before an offer is made.
