Role and Responsibilities

Drive IT Strategy & Transformation client engagements:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current IT & Technology maturity of our clients, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on the business.
  • Translate business needs into actionable IT Transformation roadmaps, outlining short- and long-term strategies.
  • Implement innovative IT strategies by drive transformation programs and teams.
  • Design and implement future-proof IT operating models, ensuring agility and future innovation.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases for technology investments.
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies, constantly seeking opportunities to leverage technology for business value and continuously enhance our IT strategy and transformation offerings.

Contribute to Business Development:

  • Contribute to the growth of the Enterprise Transformation / Business Technology capability unit through thought leadership and client development activities.
  • Actively identify potential IT strategy and transformation opportunities within existing client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft winning proposals that showcase Capgemini Invent's capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with client decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose targeted solutions.

Network and Knowledge Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and technology partners.
  • Actively participate in industry events and conferences, staying at the forefront of IT trends and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and content creation initiatives, sharing expertise and best practices with the team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT/Digital Strategy, IT/Digital Operating Model, IT Service Management and Cost optimization, Agile and DevOps Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Application rationalisation and Modernisation, Technology Implementation Roadmaps
  • Relevant certifications covering Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile (SPC, SA, SAFe Architect), Entreprise Architecture (TOGAF, ITIL, etc.) is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • You are stimulated by topics such as Cloud, GenAI, IT Sustainability, IoT, etc.
  • You have a strong consulting mindset / experience
  • You are at ease with writing proposals and developing clients' pitches
  • You are experienced in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Telecom & Media, Transportation, Energy & Utilities
  • You are a proactive, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are fluent in English and at least French or Dutch
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
