About the Global Presales Team
The Global Presales team is part of our Sales and Partner organization supporting all teams in our active markets. We are seen as trusted advisors by both internal as external key stakeholders. Our engagement includes having a deep understanding of our product portfolio and delivering both technical and solution design in high-value or complex cases and plays a vital part in our overall success.
Position description
The Global Presales function has a central role within the Sales and Partner organization but also plays an important role with cross supporting functions. Though our involvement and responsibility is crucial in complex and high value customer cases, our involvement stretches over all segments making us a vital link between all supporting functions within nShift.
As a Presales Solution Architect, you will work closely with the account owner in direct sales opportunities within the Enterprise and Strategic segment, securing a best in class offering both from a technical and commercial point of view. With in-depth knowledge of our products, you will conduct deep-dive demos, visualize the customer journey, analyze and capture the customer’s needs, all to ensure that we bring an offer to the table that will both increase our revenue, as well as ensure a high customer satisfaction. You will be supporting the account owner with the pricing and be responsible of delivering a high-quality solution design and validating the technical solution before a hand-over to our Professional Services.
You will have contact with both external as well as internal key stakeholders throughout the sales process. The role has a strategic and operational importance in ensuring quality assured processes with cross functional supporting departments such as Professional Services, Global Services and our Carrier team. With insight in our core operations your role plays a significant part in nShift’s success, growth and positioning in existing, but also in new market areas. You will report directly to Head of Global Presales.
