In this role you are responsible for the HR and people support in the growing Northvolt Ett Operations organization. You are part of the Ett Operations management team and have a growing number of HR business partners and the local technical training manager reporting to you. The mission of this role is to ensure that we are building a world class manufacturing organization with a strong safety-first mindset. We think this is done by establishing a business-driven HR function with a strong focus on change and growth the coming years.
You will be reporting to the local Talent Director and part of the local Talent management team. Some of your closest colleagues will be the local Talent Operations manager, who is ensuring that Northvolt processes are implemented and that the daily local HR specialist support is running smoothly, and the centralized talent acquisition team.

10+ years of experience from HR and relevant manager roles, including solid experience in the role as HRBP
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or any related fields
Fluency in English and preferably Swedish
Experience from Manufacturing environment and union collaboration (especially IF Metall) is a must
Must have worked in multi-cultural environment
