The F-Secure Consumer Cybersecurity Business Unit is looking for an energetic Marketing Manager who will play an important role in supporting the account team in the Benelux region (with focus on The Netherlands and Flanders area of Belgium) with developing/growing our existing accounts and with new business opportunities within Service Providers (ISP, Bank, Insurance, Utility). In this position you will be owning the marketing planning and ensuring execution of the campaigns for the Service Provider (SP) business within Benelux. You will build your network within the Service Provider organization and together with the partner you develop the strongest proposition & messaging, explaining, and implementing best practice from around the globe, optimising the customer journey, ensuring channel readiness, activity implementation and ROI measurement.
F-Secure Benelux is based in Hilversum, The Netherlands, from which the Benelux SP team collaborates. You will also be working from our partner locations which are spread across the Benelux region.
Drive subscriber growth, ensure usage of our services (i.e. active users/devices), and drive revenue for F-Secure and our Service Providers / partners
Coordinate the creation of the marketing plans, quarterly budget planning and in-house resource commitments
Drive activities to increase awareness, visibility and demand of F-Secure services with the end customer of our partners
Achieve the sales targets set by VP Sales
Understand the F-Secure Consumer Security value proposition and be able to convey this in the best way possible through our Service Providers / partners
Be the consumer security go-to expert and become part of the Service Provider’s marketing team. Generate conversations and thereby opportunities with key contacts while influencing / driving appetite to increase visibility, improve CJ and run campaigns
Go-to-market planning and project management for all marketing deliverables in respect to new service launches with both existing and new partners
Work with our Marketing Automation team to continually optimise the performance of our Life-Cycle Messaging (LCM)
Ensure campaign ROI and evaluation
Work with the account team and provide support on new business opportunities, business case development, RFPs, Account Reviews & Quarterly Business Reviews
Agency management as required in line with budget envelope
