General Summary

IglooBooks, the mass market division of Bonnier Books UK, is looking for a Sales Support experienced in business-to-business communication.

The Sales Support will work closely with the UK sales and operations teams and will be responsible for assisting the team through various data and creative-led tasks. This will include meeting preparation, follow up and liaising with internal departments and some of the largest retailers in the UK.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Assisting the sales team with developing presentations and sales materials.
  • Agreeing orders with trade customers.
  • Acting as a liaison between book retailers and IglooBooks.
  • Conducting market research to help prepare for key meetings.
  • Attendance of client meetings and presentations where applicable.
  • Researching new business opportunities within the retail sector.

Skills & Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in working within business-to-business communications.
  • Mathematical, numerical and analytical ability.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience working with data feeds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
