The Service Support Trainee learns how to deliver high quality customer service, provide professional and clear answers to internal customer requests. The role requires service requests to be handled, resolved, or escalated according to processes with help and guidance from the other team members and using the existing KB's.
This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
