Planhat is looking for a VP Sales for EMEA, to join us on our journey as we are revolutionizing customer success. We are in a hyper-growth phase, with a platform that is loved and used by thousands of users across the world. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and global team in an expansive phase.

As VP Sales EMEA at Planhat, you will ultimately be responsible for driving Planhat's revenue development in EMEA. Your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Primary relationship and sales responsibility for the EMEA market
  • Hire and provide leadership development and guidance to regional sales leaders
  • Strive to exceed revenue goals and foster a culture of excellence
  • Deploy strategic selling techniques to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Contribute to and develop the Planhat value proposition, work with the leadership team to contribute to effective market segmentation, strategic pricing, distribution strategy, forecasting, prospect qualification standards, sales process standards, etc.

We will offer you an independent role in an agile team. Planhat is a remote-first company.

Skills & Requirements

  • 10 years+ of senior-level sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to engage the hearts and minds of the team to motivate, inspire and drive a performance-based culture to deliver measurable value to our clients
  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills
  • Proven successful winning sales leadership track record
  • Extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build senior relationships
  • Smart, humble and ambitious
  • Passion for customer success
