Job Description

Planhat is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join us on our journey as we are revolutionizing Customer Success. We are in a hyper-growth phase, with a platform that is loved and used by thousands of users across the world. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and global team in an expansive phase.

The Director of Revenue Operations will help drive quality and process design for our commercial teams, and he/she is a key member to our continued success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our customers' success
  • Design dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision making at all levels of the business
  • Create process and data automations across a range of software tools to support commercial teams
  • Collate, create and deliver training content to commercial teams to improve skills & process adoption
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and overcome business challenges
  • Collaborate with Planhat’s leadership to inform strategy and support its implementation

We will offer you an independent role in an agile team. Planhat is remote first, and for the right candidate, we are open to a remote role.

Skills & Requirements

  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Tech savvy with entrepreneurial mindset: Curious about technology, understanding of SaaS companies in a hyper growth phase, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • 8+ years of revenue operations experience with 5+ years of hands-on and deep CRM/technology experience at an industry-leading company SaaS companies
  • SFDC Administration Certification (preferred)
  • Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience, including with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP)
  • Expert in forecasting, territory mapping, and GTM strategy
  • Analytical, organisied and solutions oriented
  • Effective communicator, which includes being a great listener and observer as well as a great strong presenter
  • You connect with our customers and build strong relationships
