Are you a finance professional with high drive to develop in a complex and senior role within Group Controlling? Lantmännen has businesses in agriculture, machinery, bioenergy and food products with a turnover of 45 billion SEK. For the Group Finance team, we are looking for a motivated and communicative Group Business Controller to work with us at Lantmännen where we have business in mind and people at heart.

This is what you will do

As Group Business Controller you will be part of Lantmännen Group Finance. In the position you will have a leading role in driving and developing our core financial planning processes, such as the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. You will also enjoy taking an active role in the development of our central BI solutions, and you will continuously work with identifying opportunities to develop these tools and processes further. The Group Business Controlling team’s aim is to drive performance improvement in the businesses, and to ensure that Group Management and the Board have access to relevant reporting and support to make decisions.

To top it off, you will have multiple touch points towards our businesses within the group and you will act as senior business partner for one or two main business areas. Working close to key stakeholders you will analyze business performance and ensure a high-quality output in monthly reporting and financial planning. Through this close collaboration with management and financial management you will get unique insights throughout our entire value chain from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, food and real estate in an international environment.

The position is located at our global head office in Stockholm. You will be part of a team of four finance professionals within Group Business Control and report to Manager Group Business Control.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed:

You have:

  • 5-10 years of experience from working with business controlling, consulting or similar, where you have deep knowledge in planning and forecasting, as well as business performance analysis.
  • Preferably experience from working in a role at an international group, preferably an industrial or producing company. It is considered a plus if you have prior knowledge in a role on group level.
  • An interest in data and developing BI solutions, from a controlling perspective. We work with Cognos Analytics. You are a power user of excel.
  • A relevant academic degree, preferably within finance or engineering.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.

You are:

  • A person with a high energy level and drive. You take ownership for all aspects of your delivery.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • A strong communicator who can navigate across a broad range of stakeholders, influencing and challenging them in constructive and professional ways. You are skilled in adjusting your style and delivery to various audiences, always with a positive attitude.
