In detail the role includes e.g following tasks:
Taking care of dedicated projects from contract to closing
Creating and maintaining customer data in our internal systems
Customer contacts related to dedicated projects, reporting and controlling of them
Internal systems usage support in project management

The person we’d like to hire
has a good eye for details
is fluent in Finnish and English
has a strong customer service mindset and a positive attitude
is self-driven and inspired by working in an international setting
has good IT skills for operating in digital environment, and experience with MS applications such as excel
The role includes quite a lot of routines and besides enjoying them, the person needs to be meticulous, somewhat careful and precise. The selected person will be working hand in hand with our international cross-border team.
