Smarp is currently looking for a goal-oriented and an outstanding relationship builder to join their international CSM-team that consists of 9 Customer Success Managers and the VP Of Customer Success. As a Customer Success Manager you will be also working closely with Smarp’s management, sales, marketing, technical and product team to improve Smarp’s product and processes. As a Customer Success Manager you will be owning the strategic relationships with Smarp’s customers and acting as a trusted adviser, consultant, partner and Smarp product expert.
Your main task is to manage, maintain and develop Smarp’s customer relationships. Once a company has partnered with Smarp, you will be owning the onboarding and implementation of Smarp’s Enterprise customer programs. After that you will be taking care of customer satisfaction and success, churn, renewals, growth and scaling of customer programs. You will be also doing some stakeholder mapping to open up new opportunities for expansion
outside of the current programs and everything else that needs to be done in order to help Smarp achieve its larger objectives.
An ideal candidate for Smarp would be someone who already has relevant earlier experience (1-3years) from managing, maintaining and developing customer relationships and proof of achieving different objectives. In this position you will be having strategic conversations with C-level decision makers which underlines the importance of excellent presentation, persuasion and communication skills. An ideal candidate for Smarp would also have exceptional time management and problem solving skills and willingness to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.

Smarp requires you to:
Have earlier working experience in one or more of the following: customer success, customer relationship management, B2B sales, account operations, consulting (Enterprise B2B SaaS preferred)
Have owned and exceeded revenue targets for customer retention and growth
Have excellent presentation, persuasion and communication skills
Have creativity, ability to learn and adjust on the go
Have full professional proficiency in English
Smarp considers as an asset:
The ability to use Salesforce and / or SalesLoft
Other language skills, such as Finnish and French
