The Customer Services organization includes the Professional Services and Customer Support functions, and is made up of more than 550 Basware experts globally.
Professional Services, made up of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Solution and Technical Consultants and Success Services professionals, deliver customer implementation projects and provide services that help Basware customers adopt, optimize and accelerate the benefits of their Basware solutions and services. Customer Support provides professional help to our customers to manage operational and service issues that arise from using our services.
Customer Services draws on our collective expertise so that our customers realize the best possible business outcomes with Basware’s Networked Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
Customer Services (CS) team @ Basware is committed towards success of our customers. We in CS are focused on serving our customers beyond expectation by providing end to end services for Source-2-Pay (S2P) solutions across the globe.
Basware’s Operation Excellence team is responsible for ensuring and enhancing the overall quality of all the projects globally. Team makes sure that the projects comply to the Basware processes and procedures by running audits and compliance checks.
As an Associate Consultant your responsibilities will include:
Work as a part of global operations team and collaborate with different stakeholders (Project Managers / Sales Team / Account Managers / Project Governors) to initialize projects in Basware PPM application.
Ensure documentation is maintained appropriately for each project and required support is provided to internal stakeholders to maintain projects in Project Management application.
Perform various defined administrative tasks. Monitor and report progress on monthly, quarterly, and yearly level, using relevant metrics.
Perform various outcome driven controlling and compliance related tasks and propose and execute development initiatives.
When appropriate, communicate progress and goals to internal audiences.
Generate various reports to assist internal stakeholders in planning of Projects and Resources.
2+ years of relevant business/solution/industry experience.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge/concepts of SDLC and Agile model.
Self-motivated with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with respective stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills
It will be valuable if you also possess:
Knowledge of ticketing tools like Service Now.
Understanding of Planview PPM tool, Jira.
Good Knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.
Minimum of Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or related concentration in computer programming / technology. Certifications in the applicable domain areas are preferred.
