The Customer Services organization includes the Professional Services and Customer Support functions, and is made up of more than 550 Basware experts globally.
Professional Services, made up of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Solution and Technical Consultants and Success Services professionals, deliver customer implementation projects and provide services that help Basware customers adopt, optimize and accelerate the benefits of their Basware solutions and services. Customer Support provides professional help to our customers to manage operational and service issues that arise from using our services.
Customer Services draws on our collective expertise so that our customers realize the best possible business outcomes with Basware’s Networked Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
Customer Services (CS) works with customers across the globe to realize the best possible business outcomes from Basware’s Networked Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions and ecosystem. Our teams deploy Basware solutions to our customers and provide services that help them adopt those solutions and accelerate their benefits. Our Customer Support provides professional help to our customers to manage operational and service issues that arise from using our services.
Our global Operational Excellence team operates within Customer Services to continuously create value for our customers and partners through Global Practices that are dedicated to developing the way we work, the services we offer, our people, and the quality outcomes our customers expect to achieve and experience.
We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join our team
to help build our capabilities to collect, analyze, visualize, and act confidently on data-driven insights. As part of the Products and Offering practice, you’ll work primarily with internal stakeholders across the organization to understand and deliver on a range of business needs for actionable data. You’ll play a key role in the development of our services, from offering conception to execution, and in supporting our Customer Services teams to deliver on our customer success promise. The role offers an exciting opportunity to innovate and be at the forefront of our success.
We’re looking for a person who is passionate about making data understandable and actionable, a person who is curious, a great problem solver and a goal-oriented team player with a strong drive for success. To succeed in this role, you’ll have will have high level of mathematical ability for analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data with high precision. You’ll be familiar with SQL, databases, and Power BI, while understanding visual ETL tools will be of great benefit.
As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for:
Collecting data from various sources, including creating ways to collect new types of data (e.g., building surveys, working with our Digital Office or Products teams to adapt our systems and data)
Transforming and modelling data with the goal of discovering useful business insights
Performing statistical and qualitative data analysis (including benchmarking, correlating)
Creating scalable reports for use by internal stakeholders when delivering services to customers
Contributing to our service development and improvement processes with data, providing relevant business insights, reporting, and developing useful data-related tools
Cooperating with internal stakeholders such as our delivery units, R&D, Product Management, Sales and Digital Office on common projects and to create and maintain data models and reports
Relevant experience working with data, including transformation and visualization. Working in a technical capacity with business stakeholders will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices
Good understanding of non-functional design principles, requirements (scaling, resiliency, performance, security, serviceability)
Strong analytical and consulting skills.
Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI is required.
Knowledge of ERP systems, e-invoicing solutions, Hubspot, CRM, ServiceNow, Questback and Lumoa is advantageous.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
