HEAD OF PRODUCTION - Global Creative Team Kry/Livi

The Global Creative team is based in Stockholm, Paris and London and consists of Copywriters, Art Directors, Designers, Motion Artists, Illustrators, Project Managers and Producers. Together the team is in charge of developing the brand and supporting their markets with creative assets and campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Head of Production, you’re a great leader that focuses on motivating and coaching. Your team of direct reports consists of Producers, Production Managers, and Project Managers. You always put the team before yourself and business before the team.

This is what they have in mind for you to do:

● Implement and refine working methods and processes based on business needs.

● Liaise between Global Creative Team and Marketing teams on upcoming projects and refine cross-departments communication.

● Prioritise and understand the business needs and ensure the overall planning and capacity are aligned.

● Coach and mentor direct reports in leading creative teams and projects with multiple stakeholders, external vendors and partners to reach targets.

● Ensure that the Global Creative Team has resources and tooling to deliver.

● Responsible for the production budget, spend and forecast.

You will report to their Global Creative team Director.

Sphere of influence

● 5-10 direct reports, Project Managers, Production Managers and Producers.

● Reports to Global Creative team Director

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Production knowledge

● Extensive knowledge of creative- and production processes from inception to
delivery.

● You have good knowledge of Production/Project Management (print, digital, video).

● Experience of working in the advertising industry.

Direction and Process

● Part of the GCT Leadership team.

● Ensure that the GCT team has resources and tooling to deliver.

● Responsible and/or coach reports in negotiations with external parties (studios,
freelancers etc.) and critical contributors where necessary. Deliver demonstrable value for money through effective management of people, resources and external parties.

● Implement and refine working methods and processes based on business needs.

● Responsible for creating monthly reports on ROI (return of investment).

● Confident in making high-impact decisions.

● Lead productions.

Communication

● Liaise between GTC and Marketing teams on upcoming projects and refine cross-department communication.

● Encourage an open and humble feedback culture in your team.

● You are good at verbal and written English. Comfortable working in an English speaking environment.

● Good presentation skills.

● Stay updated on channel standards/business information and share learnings and knowledge with your team.

● You are in charge of the mid-and end of year performance reviews for direct
reports.

● You have regular 1:1 meetings with each direct reports.
