A typical day in the Sales Specialist role will consist of ~30 minute consultations with new small business owners to discuss their needs and the importance of a dedicated accountant to keep them in IRS compliance. Your daily expectations are to make 12+ appointments for yourself OR 100 dials OR 4 hours phone time OR 2 sales.
We are looking for candidates with some telesales experience, preferably selling a service, through a consultative approach, with high-energy and strong ambition for achievement. No accounting or financial knowledge needed—we will teach you what you need!

Skills & Requirements
- Ability to maintain high telephone call levels

- PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus and CRM experience preferred)
