Health Integrator is seeking a Head of Growth – a data-driven person that can build and manage a comprehensive marketing plan, while at the same time deeply immersing themself with our audience to understand their needs and build a brand that stands out.
Lead marketing efforts to improve the customer conversion funnel.
User acquisition to ensure continued growth.
Lead and oversee all growth and marketing efforts in collaboration with the growth team and stakeholders.
Establish a strong, new brand for our upcoming consumer offering and develop Health Integrator’s current brand.
Own and manage brand platforms, brand strategy, and their execution.
Build and expand brand awareness.
Be part of the leadership team to set future strategies and directions for Health Integrator as a whole.
Client communication and stakeholder management.
Manage data flows between third party sources and our product, developing landing pages and onboarding optimization structures - all with the goal of scaling our business.
Scale our business as we continue to grow and identify new markets. Once identified, lead market expansion.

Skills & Requirements
Have a proven track record of driving and
nurturing leads with email marketing software and ad platforms such as
Google Ads, Linkedin Business and Facebook Business Suite.
Have led growth and marketing efforts in collaboration with stakeholders.
Have previously built marketing strategies, plans, and funnels from scratch.
Have a track record of optimizing for growth along the marketing and sales funnel.
Have proven experience setting and managing marketing/growth budgets.
Are comfortable continuously reporting efforts and optimizing where needed.
Have identified and executed marketing experiments and are comfortable working with a test and learn approach.
