Business Sweden Central Western Europe (CWE), is currently hiring a Finance Operations Specialist to join our Business Incubation & Operations (BI&O) team in EMEA. The position is based in Berlin.
Our Business Incubation & Operations services (BI&O) is a toolbox of business support services that facilitate Swedish companies’ establishment and growth in a new market. Through the BI&O servcie area we offer Swedsih companies recruitment and employment services, payroll, bookkeeping, invoicing, accounting analysis and other customized support. We further manage company establishment process of new Swedish companies in Germany and Benelux, as well as assisting with advice regarding best tax practices and employment strategies. Clear and service minded communication, support and guidance is a key. We are constantly developing the BI&O offer, extending the services to companies and improving our operational efficiency related to business support services.
What will be your role?
Manage the delivery of the BI&O client engagements, e.g. company incorporations, registrations (VAT, wage tax, foreign employer), payroll administration, employment and rectuitement services, postbox service, etc, including project administration, client invoicing, etc.
Communicate with both Business Sweden employees and clients, guiding them relating to tax, VAT, legal structures, HR matters, registrations and the full BI&O service area
Manage, develop, and negotiate Business Sweden’s commercial relationships with 3rd party service providers to enable the BI&O client offering, e.g. legal, tax, HR/payroll.
Lead outgoing sales campaigns and handle incoming BI&O leads, by identifying customer needs and developing our offer. Long-term, build own client base.
Evolve the BI&O offering, business model, and delivery blueprint long-term.
Manage the CWE internal financial administration incl. payroll administration, payments, bookkeeping/cash report, VAT reporting, etc., in collaboration with 3rd party service providers.
You will work independently within CWE and in teams across the EMEA region, with the clear objective to manage your own project deliveries on budget, time and with excellent quality
The Business Support Specialist has a key role in the CWE team and is to a certain extent involved in all types of projects that the team executes.

Who are we looking for?
A Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Accounting or Financial Administration
Solid working experience within areas similar to the BI&O service area. Experience of client engagement and relationship building is meriting
