Linkfluence is looking for a talented candidate whose professional attributes will strengthen the company’s Global Insights Team. As Research Manager, you will work at the cross line between Social Media Analysts and Client Directors, you will manage the production of monitoring and ad-hoc research reports for our clients, especially in the FMCG Industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meet and understand clients needs through direct contact with them, with the support of the Client Director
Build and update complex social media listening and analytics tools
Define the methodology/approach for each individual case, setup and ensure data consistency
Project manage, coordinate and produce of any kind of reports using quantitative, qualitative or network analysis
Manage a small team of researchers
Contribute to the delivery of actionable recommendations to clients
Ensure the quality of the projects handled autonomously
Skills & Requirements
Passion for digital culture and social web
At least 5 years’ experience in social media research or analysis using social media monitoring and/or analytics tools
Proven experience in the FMCG Industry or passion for it
Fluent in English and French, a third language is a plus
Proven organizational and people management skills
Strong analytical and interpretation abilities (track record of producing high quality insights from complex data on both tactical and strategic levels, quantitative and qualitative)
Excellent writing skills.
Good interpersonal skills, team player
Hands-on, can-do attitude, pushing things the next mile
Advanced MS office (Excel and PowerPoint)
