As an Insight Consultant you are a key part of our new pro-active and premium Insight Services Offering. You are shaping the future of consumer intelligence fed by data driven Insights for our clients. Embedded in a global team, you accompany key clients to provide them with the best data,
regarding their expectations and needs, their maturity level, the DNA of their brand, and the specificities of their market/industry
by inspiring them to understand the potential of Social Data and Consumer Intelligence and to use all the insight opportunities they can get to achieve and nourish their purpose
by delivering recommendations which you are creating with a team of analysts and our AI-driven CMI software solutions based on Social Media Data.
Consult global enterprises pro-actively with insights mainly around their marketing- and communication-activities, but also around various other kinds of strategic targets (e.g., Product Innovation, Customer Care, Crisis Management).
Create insights together with a team of Social Media Analysts and our AI-driven software solutions. You design and manage the research process and ensure a high-quality output.
Define the appropriate format for each output whether it is in a Report, a Newsletter, a live session on our software, in a dedicated Slack- or Teams-Channel, or another form that you see fit
Make use of other output from our Insight Services to create further interesting Insights for your clients
Utilize your high degree of industry knowledge (and general culture) and put your results into the respective context
You are client facing up to C-Level and you are maintaining a good relationship together with our team of Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Project Managers
Pro-Active Data Structuring
Manage the process of Pro-Active Data Structuring with the executing analyst(s)
Ensure a strong and relevant data-structure with your industry expertise and based on the generated insights
Transformation & Empowerment
Ensure overall long- term client satisfaction and project success, contributing to the expansion of our social intelligence program
Support clients in adopting our Consumer Market Insight Platform via demonstrating the value of Social Data
Develop and execute Consumer Market Research Trainings for our clients and help to grow their Consumer Intelligence Maturity
Support our Insight Service Team to develop our new Pro-Active Consultancy offering further, implement new ideas and approaches
Skills & Requirements
5+ years of experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, Brands direction, Marketing, or Communications in an agency or on enterprise side
Knowledge of the BRAND concept
Strong Social Media Marketing expertise
Broad and extensive knowledge in the Luxury Industry (global and holistic: Business, Habits, brands, history, prospective, challenges … )
“Requirement” mindset, sensitivity for creation, general culture
High level of autonomy and self-initiative. Ability to manage complex projects
Ideally experience with monitoring platforms, CMI-, web analytics- or BI-tools
Fluent in English and French is mandatory. A third language is a plus.
Outstanding communications and presentation skills. Your insights and presentations provoke debate and compel action with a non-academic, accessible style
Strong organizational skills. Comfortable with fast-paced environment and able to prioritize
Ability to interact with both operational and C-Level contacts.
Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working closely with Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing, PR, and Corporate Communication divisions.
Efficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
