Next Generation Sales is your accelerated path to key sales roles at F-Secure that provides the business knowledge and sales skills training needed for aspiring future sales leaders at F-Secure. Next Generation Sales candidates are expected to move to field sales, partner development or sales leadership roles in local country after completing the program.
We are looking for people with hunger and passion to do what it takes to complete this journey. The program starts with a four-week sales training in our HQ in Helsinki. In the training you will learn value-based selling with F-Secure sales experts while building understanding of IT, security and advanced cyber threats.
After the first month of training, you will embark on a two year adventure where we will plan, together, your career. You will work as an Inside Sales and create demand by using your sales and product skills supported by weekly coaching sessions. Online marketing using industry leading tools will be essential part of your work. You will also learn about different parts of F-Secure including topics like AI, Marketing, Product Management, People Operations & Culture, Support, Finance and Legal.

Native level of German language as well as fluent in English
